Remaining Moon Chronicles Episodes Launching February 5th

We previously reported that all remaining chapters of Renegade Kid’s episodic first person sci-fi adventure Moon Chronicles would be launching in January, but now we’ve got a firm date (and a slight delay!) straight from the mouth of the developer. According to a tweet by Renegade Kid cofounder Jools Watsham, the three final episodes will now release on February 5th. They can be purchased as standalone episodes for $4.50 each, or as a season pass for $9. In order to purchase the DLC, you’ll need to update to the latest version of Episode 1, at which point you’ll find an option to buy within the game.

As I discussed in my review, Moon Chronicles — a remake of the developer’s cult DS classic Moon — is a bit of a slow burn, and the first episode suffered a bit simply for being over before it really got started. But like all good sci-fi, it picks up considerably once it gets going. Personally, I can’t wait to dive back in.
